And now for some different posters for Christmas: Love a little better, love a little more

Somewhere in the whole hullabaloo of the holidays season I forgot to promote some photo posters with a message well attuned to the spirit of Christmas, even as they are not meant only for religious or spiritual people. These posters are titled “Love a little better, love a little more” and come with the words,

“Keep your heart awake,

Your mind open,

And your spirit determined.

And have faith.”

I’m thinking they would make great Christmas gifts.

The words are mine. (I hope you enjoy them.) I have created four posters with this quote: one with white roses, a second one with orange roses, a third one with the blossoms of what seemed to be a decorative peach tree, and a fourth one with the wonderful pink and white flowers of a magnolia tree.

Sometimes people need a little nudge toward a more loving life. I’ve witnessed my own share of people who have slid down from the loving selves they used to be, and I often catch myself, too, becoming more hardened to certain things, less tolerant. So having up on the wall an inspirational and motivational message to love more and love better is in order, I feel.

And again, this is not only for religious or spiritual people. We all need to have faith—and keep an open and mind, and a determined spirit—if we are to make something of this life and of us in this life. We need to build stories about this life and about us in it, and believe in them.
