I am doing a series of One Pleasant Gesture to include in a virtual gratitude journal, besides One Good Thing / good things that I may appreciate daily in my solitude (for instance coming across beautiful flowers), good feelings brought into the world and into my world by the pleasant gestures of people I come into contact with.
