I love peanut butter, especially if it’s organic (as peanuts grow below ground, soil pollution can be a problem), and today’s good news is that I spotted some yummy organic peanut butter cups at Mega Image today, vegan and gluten-free, made, in fact, with just four basic ingredients: peanuts, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, peanuts, and coconut sugar.
