Photo business cards are in vogue right now, and I’m quite proud of my versions on a gold background. The one above is European size (3.346″ x 2.165″), but I have two styles in the standard American size of 3.5″ x 2.0″ as well.
As you can see, they have a custom photo and name on shiny golden backgrounds on the front, and templates for name, title, mobile phone number, email address, website address, and street/mailing address and office phone number on the back, on a shimmering gold background. I think it’s a great look for various self-employed or freelance professionals such as realtors, interior decorators, editors, writers, etc., and also for professionals such as lawyers and financial consultants looking for a stylish, sharp, luscious yet minimalist design.

I also created some horizontal versions. Sometimes it’s good to have all the info on the front when you receive a business card, so you can quickly take in the important bits as you talk to the person. And often it’s good to have an empty back, so you can have some room to jot down a few things after the meeting.
